George Berzins Sunday Stroll Jan 2013

I think we will all remember January 2013 as another  particularly cold and frosty month and Sunday 20th was typical. George Berzins led the Sunday Stroll for Lincoln Group  from Dunholme on that day and 10 hardy souls followed him - all suitably clothed to keep out the cold weather. Janet Boyall was on the walk and she said -

"It was just by luck I took my camera that day. Some of us  know  that it will not be long before George reaches his 84th birthday and he seemed quite pleased we made a but of a ceremony of the occasion (see photos below). I regard George as a bit of a legend he seems to have achieved so much in his life and I always enjoy talking to him."

I think that with fewer on the walk than usual it was easier to talk to George along the way.
